Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, while building lasting client relationships. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction management.
