Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, leading repairs and upkeep of production and plant equipment, plus maintenance of buildings and grounds. Establish and enforce safety procedures (e.g., lock-out/tag-out and confined spaces), coordinate maintenance scheduling to reduce outages, and manage preventive maintenance programs and plant improvement modifications. Lead and develop maintenance personnel, manage records and equipment data, and direct contractors and service providers.
