Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial support and contract management across a portfolio of projects, programmes, and campaigns.
  • •Take responsibility for routine bid activities, preparing commercial proposals, reviewing contract terms/conditions, and supporting customer meetings.
  • •Collaborate with projects, business development, finance, legal, customers, and stakeholders to manage contracts, handle queries, create reports, request milestone payments, and find contract growth opportunities.
  • •Lead the commercial bid approval process for routine bids by presenting bid packs and engaging specialist functions as needed.
  • •Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including with supply chain partners, to ensure contractual obligations are managed and communicated effectively.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 37,000

  • •Experience in customer-facing commercial, contract administration, or supply chain environments with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • •Understanding of core contracting principles and ability to apply them effectively in practice.
  • •Good financial awareness to interpret pricing information and support informed decision-making.
  • •Collaborative approach to building positive relationships across teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • •Ability to provide routine bid and contract documentation support, including preparation, review, and management of contractual materials.
