Job Summary

Oversee global hyperscale data center operations across multiple regions, including end-to-end server fleet lifecycle support, O&M, and remote emergency response. Escalate and manage major infrastructure risks with closed-loop follow-ups, coordinate internal/external resources, and standardize O&M management systems and specifications across sites. Monitor regional O&M KPIs, run quality/process audits, and support infrastructure platform capability building such as data ingestion, data governance, and alarm management.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee operations, maintenance, and emergency response for global data center infrastructure, providing remote emergency support and coordinating with on-site facility managers and local contacts.
•Escalate and report major risks in a timely manner, follow up on rectification progress, and coordinate internal and external resources for closed-loop O&M risk management.
•Drive implementation, rollout, and supervision of O&M management systems, unify operational specifications across data centers, and guide on-site teams in daily routine work.
•Monitor and analyze regional O&M metrics, conduct quality supervision and process audits, identify operational risks, and optimize workflows and service quality.
•Support capability building of data center infrastructure platforms, including data ingestion, data governance, and alarm management.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure O&M, with familiarity with emergency management procedures.
•Strong communication and collaboration with global teams, vendors, and partners, including responding to unexpected faults and emergencies.
•Sound logical thinking, responsibility, and the ability to compile and update workflows and technical documents using office/data tools.
•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Data Center Operations, Computer Engineering) or equivalent hands-on O&M experience.
•Preferred: Experience with risk identification, KPI tracking, data analysis, fault troubleshooting, and management workflows/O&M systems for infrastructure.
