Key Responsibilities

•Operate lathe and milling machines to fabricate, repair, or modify mechanical parts for equipment maintenance.
•Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on sterile area equipment to minimize downtime.
•Support qualification/validation activities including setup, calibration, accuracy testing, and performance reviews.
•Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Engineering to prevent production interruptions.
•Maintain compliant documentation (GDP) and use SAP for maintenance scheduling, work orders, and spare parts inventory.

Key Requirements

•National Trade Certificate, Vocational Qualification Certificate, or an equivalent discipline in Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or sterile manufacturing environment.
•Hands-on experience operating lathe machines and milling machines.
•Demonstrate ability to follow cGMP, sterile area protocols, and SOPs during equipment-related tasks.
•Ability to maintain accurate, compliant records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
