Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the enterprise AI security reference architecture by defining approved patterns and secure defaults for AI/agentic workloads and evaluating incoming designs.
  • •Build and steward a multi-factor AI risk-assessment framework that routes initiatives into Standard, Elevated Risk, and Experimentation delivery lanes with auditable criteria.
  • •Define AI protection control requirements and thresholds (hallucination, PII/PHI exposure, prompt injection, toxicity) and establish data-access policy and build-vs-buy strategy for the tooling layer.
  • •Develop and maintain STRIDE, MAESTRO, and MITRE ATLAS threat models for new AI system patterns and produce Architecture Decision Records for audit/regulatory defensibility.
  • •Represent AI security needs in AI Center of Excellence governance and translate decisions into platform-enforceable policy and guardrails, including evaluating agentic AI frameworks for secure defaults.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in security architecture focused on cloud-native, AI/ML, or platform security domains.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with AI risk frameworks including NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10, ISO/IEC 42001, and MAESTRO.
  • •Design risk-classification or governance models that balance security assurance with delivery speed.
  • •Experience with policy-as-code tooling (Sentinel) and translating security policy into platform-enforceable controls.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
