Area Manager - CIS

Direct operational responsibility for cargo service delivery across a designated CIS area, leading on-time departure performance and service standards for warehouse, freighter ramp, and road feeder operations. Manage locally based Etihad Cargo teams and external partners through SGHA/SLA and KPI monitoring, ensuring procedural compliance and alignment with commercial expectations. Oversee VIP/Premium Elite shipments, conduct safety/security/DG inspections and audits, coordinate with government authorities, and lead investigations with root-cause corrective actions.
