FRU Production Manager

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across normally two shifts to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives. Oversee operational results for multiple teams/units, drive site improvement initiatives, manage resources, and ensure safety, legal, and corporate compliance. Build capability through training, performance management, and talent development while coordinating maintenance planning, work orders, equipment upgrades, and ISO 9000 procedures to improve long-term performance.
