Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the design team to understand design specifications and system challenges.
  • •Generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • •Analyze silicon test results to support failure analysis and yield fallout, then optimize test time.
  • •Support silicon qualification, release products to volume production, and collaborate with firmware/validation and application teams to address device issues and workarounds.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering and/or IC product development.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
  • •Characterization and production test program plus hardware development experience.
  • •Data analysis and strong analog test fundamentals, including electronic devices/circuits and lab equipment use.
