Test Engineer

Identify critical device test points to balance quality and cost at scale for multiphase power controller and power stage devices. Build and debug characterization test programs, design ATE hardware interface boards, and correlate ATE results with bench data for failure analysis. Perform statistical yield analysis to reduce test time, support silicon qualification, and collaborate with design, test, systems, firmware, production, and application teams to deliver cost-effective volume production.
