Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and rapidly grow the EW Mission Software Engineering team.
  • •Set technical direction for mission software, including architecture, engineering standards, tooling, and deployment practices.
  • •Personally contribute hands-on work such as system debugging, software patching, infrastructure, and integration.
  • •Own delivery, installation, and sustainment of operational EW systems from production through field deployment.
  • •Triage field issues, drive root cause analysis, coordinate rapid fixes, and establish incident response and post-incident review processes.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful time on production systems that can’t go down.
  • •2+ years leading or managing a technical team, including hiring, setting direction, and driving execution.
  • •Strong proficiency in at least two of: Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, TypeScript.
  • •Experience with Linux systems administration and debugging in production environments.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
