Lead Mission Software Engineer, EW

Lead the creation of an EW Mission Software Engineering organization, owning mission software from development through field deployment, sustainment, and customer success. Set technical direction for architecture, standards, tooling, and deployment practices while hands-on debugging, patching, and integration across the full stack—from embedded and RF interfaces through networking, applications, and Lattice integration. Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, release qualification, and close the feedback loop with operators and customers.
