Job Summary

Lead the strategic architecture and roadmap for Xsolla’s global IAM system, covering account lifecycle, authentication/authorization, SSO, identity governance, risk control, and PAM. Key Responsibilities

•Lead top-level architecture design and technical roadmap for the company’s global IAM system, including authentication, authorization, SSO, identity governance, risk control, and PAM.
•Establish unified IAM architecture standards and implementation guidelines for complex scenarios like hybrid cloud, multi-business lines, and international expansion.
•Drive zero-to-one build or architectural refactoring of unified enterprise IAM platforms to address bottlenecks and compliance gaps.
•Build, mentor, and manage the IAM R&D team, including task breakdown, technical reviews, talent development, and standardized workflows.
•Own end-to-end project lifecycle (requirements to design, R&D, testing, deployment, and operations) and resolve core technical challenges around availability, consistency, fine-grained access, and multi-tenant isolation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of backend development, cloud-native, or network security architecture experience, including at least 5 years focused on enterprise-level IAM/IDaaS/4A identity governance platform design.
•Proven experience building large-scale IAM platforms from scratch (0-1) or leading enterprise IAM refactoring for tens of millions of users with end-to-end delivery ownership.
•3+ years of technical team management experience, including top-level architecture design, complex problem-solving, and successful delivery outcomes.
•Deep expertise in IAM frameworks such as account lifecycle management, SSO, federated identity, permission models (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC), least privilege, access auditing, and privileged account management.
•Fluent English (spoken and written) to conduct technical communications and author English technical specifications for global collaboration.
