Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and scan guest tickets upon entry; assist with locating seats and verifying tickets/passes for entry.
•Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and presentation for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and provide directions inside and outside the venue.
•Assist guests with special needs, including seat accommodation support.
•Participate in recycling and sustainability efforts and help close the venue after shows (e.g., collect recyclables and store equipment).

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, with occasional sitting and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
