Associate Pricing Director leads pricing strategy and automation for the Academic division, driving revenue growth through value-based pricing, AI-driven models, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll manage pricing for subscriptions, transformative agreements, eBooks and Open Books, partner with Editorial, Commercial and Marketing, and report to the Global Director of Pricing to align strategic initiatives and deliver measurable impact.

•Lead pricing strategy engagements across the Academic division, including annual updates, new propositions pricing, packaging strategies, and new business models.
•Own and deliver implementation of pricing strategies to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives while driving operational excellence.
•Lead and communicate change by influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive collaboration and actionable outcomes.
•Define and track key pricing metrics for data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
•Oversee the Strategic Pricing Analytics Manager to deliver Academic and Open Access pricing deliverables and mitigate risks.
