Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute customer returns debugging and RMA-related failure analysis to improve product quality.
  • •Perform electrical failure analysis using ATE and SLT, and duplicate reported failures at platform and board levels.
  • •Debug pre/post mass production and field returns, including excursion/critical issues and DPPM improvement.
  • •Lead fault isolation and root-cause investigations through cross-functional collaboration with Device Analysis and Product Engineering teams.
  • •Define test coverage enhancements and provide technical direction; write final analysis reports for customer communication and support local product ownership for ATE/SLT/OSV releases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 71,400 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering, with preferred 5+ relevant years of experience.
  • •Strong silicon debug or Failure Analysis expertise at electronics system level or Integrated Chip level.
  • •Experience investigating root causes of digital or analog failures, including SCAN/MBIST or High Speed Loopback failures.
  • •Proficiency with Java, Python, Perl coding or Linux Shell scripting; and Window and Linux proficiency.
  • •Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong interest in debugging complex systems; knowledge of JTAG and ATE (Advantest 93k) is a plus.
