Key Responsibilities

•Project management in a GBS environment (Waterfall and Agile) to design detailed project plans, coordinate people and resources, monitor project variables, and control costs against the plan.
•Manage, coordinate and enable project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to deliver and embed the project within the organization.
•Liaise with GBS stakeholders (leadership, operations, process excellence, delivery excellence) with strong interpersonal skills.
•Prepare all documentation required for projects and reporting to Board and governance bodies.
•Identify escalation solutions and support timely resolutions with project sponsors, ensuring effective communication with senior management throughout the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years of progressive work experience in mid to large-scale project or program management.
•Experience coordinating people and resources to execute defined project plans.
•Strong storytelling and presentation-building abilities for executive audiences.
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact with senior management.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to manage multiple sources of data.
