Job Summary

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies by collecting/analyzing data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting complex engineering issues. Define methods for new technologies, measure film properties, and produce technical documentation. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams while managing experimental tests, evaluating results, and escalating critical issues. Partner with customers to resolve high-complexity process concerns and support technology demonstrations for an entire product range.

•Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues and address customer concerns.
•Own High Value Problems (HVP) for the division’s product range and ensure effective product/technology demonstrations.
•Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues to management.
•Determine product process specifications and identify equipment strengths, weaknesses, and developmental opportunities while leading collaboration efforts with executive and junior managers.
