  • •Manage engineers’ use of techniques to characterize hardware, define characterization methods for new technologies, and perform characterization on extremely complex systems across product ranges.
  • •Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues and address customer concerns.
  • •Own High Value Problems (HVP) for the division’s product range and ensure effective product/technology demonstrations.
  • •Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues to management.
  • •Determine product process specifications and identify equipment strengths, weaknesses, and developmental opportunities while leading collaboration efforts with executive and junior managers.
