Job Summary

Support the Account Operations team in contract management, account governance, process compliance, and client onboarding to enable timely order-to-cash execution. Track account operations for a portfolio of accounts, help improve process and data compliance through proactive insights, and coordinate with Sales, Forecasting, ERP, Resourcing, and other Finance/process teams. Work across month/quarter/year-end closing activities, including change requests and SLA monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Track low-complexity account operations, perform process compliance activities, and carry out repeatable administrative actions with minimal ambiguity.
•Support contract management, account governance, and client onboarding to enable timely order-to-cash execution and effective coordination across Sales, forecasting, ERP, and resourcing.
•Work closely with resource management, revenue, and finance teams to ensure smooth month/quarter/year-end closing processes.
•Provide continuous improvement ideas based on an analytical mindset to improve processes, data quality, compliance, and awareness within or across accounts.
•Conduct change requests/requirements under supervision, monitor deliverables, resolve SLA-related issues, and maintain SLAs.

Key Requirements

•Graduate or master’s in finance with about 2 years of experience in process areas such as Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR, order management, or master data management.
•Understanding of the Order-to-Cash process.
•Ability to conduct UAT and secure sign-offs for new requirements under supervision of the technical team/lead.
•6 months to 2 years of operations or back-office support services background.
•Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and ability to understand business processes.
