Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Technology.
  • •Act as a cross-functional liaison between engineering development and downstream teams (manufacturing, supply chain, test, operations).
  • •Build and maintain program roadmaps by establishing milestones and targets aligned to product architecture and vision.
  • •Evaluate, prioritize, and drive tasks required to support program development, using input from stakeholders to reach decisions.
  • •Manage program execution to keep delivery on track, communicating engineering strategy, risks, and resource needs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
  • •Experience managing the product development lifecycle of complex electromechanical systems (e.g., motors, actuators, drive systems, gears, bearings, gearboxes, PCBA’s, sensors, engines).
  • •3+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware emphasizing drive systems, turbojet engines, or electromechanical assemblies for integrated product development.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
