Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive inbound shipments by unboxing, inspecting, and reconciling deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • •Log received parts into inventory (ION) and maintain accurate quantities, locations, and records via cycle counts and audits.
  • •Develop and roll out inventory management and controls processes in an iterative R&D environment.
  • •Organize and maintain stockroom/warehouse operations (labeling, binning, staging) to keep builds on schedule.
  • •Coordinate inbound/outbound and export logistics, including freight/parcel arrangements and shipping paperwork to job sites and international deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in receiving, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • •Highly organized with strong attention to detail for inventory records and physical stock.
  • •Comfort working in a warehouse environment, moving/handling parts and equipment, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • •Experience using inventory, ERP, or procurement software, and comfort with spreadsheets.
  • •Ability to be based in or relocate to the SF Bay Area and work 5 days/week from the San Leandro HQ.
