Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the production of the annual global non-financial report for the group.
  • •Implement CSRD-compliant non-financial reporting across brands and operating countries, including collating required quantitative and qualitative information.
  • •Develop stakeholder communication materials to clarify CSRD reporting requirements and guidance.
  • •Coordinate EU Taxonomy reporting and lead/support non-financial risk assessment and external assurance activities.
  • •Monitor regulatory developments and help evolve reporting, risk management, and internal controls, including automation and reporting readiness projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interest and experience leading non-financial reporting and external assurance, including working directly with auditors.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and analyze qualitative ESRS standards to help internal teams collate and refine disclosure content.
  • •Proven project management skills with attention to detail, able to process multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • •Degree in a field relevant to the role with strong stakeholder management experience.
  • •Fluency in English with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong organizational skills.
