Key Responsibilities

  • •Run end-to-end strategic sourcing for silicon (CPUs, memory including DRAM and HBM), from vendor engagement to supply agreements and vendor performance management.
  • •Secure allocation and capacity commitments on constrained parts and negotiate long-term supply, pricing, and capacity agreements.
  • •Own the operational rhythm with vendors, including supplier scorecards, allocation/capacity tracking, roadmap alignment, and quarterly business reviews.
  • •Maintain a market view of the silicon supply chain (foundry/advanced packaging capacity, memory pricing cycles, vendor roadmaps) and translate it into sourcing strategies and cost targets.
  • •Negotiate commercial terms aligned with platform roadmaps and manage sourcing execution through triage, trade-off decisions, and stakeholder alignment.
