Job Summary

Own growth for a crypto product by driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue across multiple marketing channels. Serve as the local paid media stakeholder, partnering with performance teams on strategy, campaign reviews, and optimization using Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, and affiliate channels. Plan CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-platform), build segmentation for acquisition and VIP retention, manage campaign execution tools, and support events and cross-functional growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple marketing channels.
•Act as the key local stakeholder for paid media, partnering with performance teams on strategy, campaign reviews, and optimization.
•Plan and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns including email, push notifications, and in-platform communications.
•Develop segmentation strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and reactivate users, including VIP customer segments.
•Take ownership of projects from strategy development through execution and performance reporting, working with cross-functional global stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
•Strong understanding of paid media channels including Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, and affiliate marketing.
•Experience in lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
•Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.
•Highly execution-focused, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
