Job Summary

Own real-time production scheduling by developing and continuously optimizing daily/weekly plans based on orders, machine capacity, material availability, and labor resources. Identify bottlenecks and schedule conflicts, improve schedule adherence through post-mortems, and analyze key metrics (Service Level, UEE, UPLH) to recommend improvements. Coordinate planning across Planning, Production, Warehouse, Raw Materials, and Prepress while maintaining master data.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and continuously optimize daily and weekly production schedules based on orders, priorities, worker capacity, machine capability, and raw material availability.
•Proactively identify bottlenecks, capacity overloads, and material shortages; formulate and lead action plans to resolve scheduling conflicts.
•Monitor schedule compliance vs. targets and conduct post-mortem reviews to refine planning parameters and meet SLA/ETD, CRD, and PD standards.
•Track and analyze production metrics (Service Level, Output, UEE, UPLH) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.
•Coordinate timely material requisitions and manage reporting on weekly/monthly inventory levels to avoid excesses or shortages.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Logistics, or related analytical roles (manufacturing experience preferred).
•Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with strong organization, logic, and attention to detail.
•Proficiency with complex tables, formulas, graphs, queries, and macros for data analysis and reporting.
•Good command of English (Intermediate to Advanced) for multinational communication and collaboration.
