Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine inspection, repair, overhaul, and upgrades of AUV electrical systems, hardware components, and integrated software.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hardware, and software issues using component and subsystem-level tests and coordinate with engineers and other trades.
  • •Operate the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to ensure accurate records, replacement parts, and firmware update tracking.
  • •Conduct system-level functional check-outs and support sea trials and operational testing to validate system functionality.
  • •Support SOP/technical documentation development, assist risk assessments for maintenance/test operations, and provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in electrical system maintenance with exposure to hardware and integrated software systems.
  • •Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve electrical, hardware, and software issues and escalate when needed.
  • •Vocational training in electrical trades or an associate degree.
  • •Experience performing component, subsystem, and system-level testing and diagnosing/escalating issues.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
