Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support a team of claims handlers to achieve team and organisational goals.
  • •Deliver technical excellence via QA processes, ensuring claims follow claims strategy and standard operating procedures.
  • •Manage resources and workload, proactively reviewing case reserves and strategy to meet quality and service metrics.
  • •Define and deliver motor bodily injury claims lifecycle strategies; identify and implement operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance, embed anti-fraud strategy (including escalation), and manage third-party outsourcing/vendor delivery against KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ bodily injury claims experience in a general insurance environment.
  • •CIP, Dip CII, Grandfathered, or ACII qualification.
