Key Responsibilities

•Lead Emergent's growth organization across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, community, content, and growth experimentation, partnering with Product and Engineering to build product-led growth loops.
•Build and scale Emergent's commercial business across startups, agencies, digital businesses, and SMBs, developing repeatable sales, onboarding, expansion, and monetization motions.
•Identify and scale the highest-value customer segments across the platform.
•Build strategic relationships across AI labs, cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting firms, agencies, and technology partners, developing co-selling, implementation, and distribution programs.
•Partner directly with the founders and executive team to define Emergent's long-term go-to-market strategy, and help shape the commercialization of new products spanning business operations, workflow automation, AI agents, and enterprise capabilities.
