Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components and third-party interfacing equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems; execute resets and root cause analysis.
  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with BEUMER standards and OEM documentation.
  • •Interface with BEUMER High-Level Control (SAC) and PLC systems to monitor performance and implement logic-based interventions.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance logs, support upgrades/updates and hardware retrofits, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality Control requirements (including lockout/tagout and PPE).

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical or mechanical degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • •0–2 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems (sensors, actuators, motors, and controls).
  • •Proficiency in BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred) with fault diagnostics.
