Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and oversee the Legal Department’s knowledge-management operating model, including governance, permissions, review cycles, archiving, search effectiveness, and knowledge reuse.
  • •Lead working sessions with Legal teams to map how work gets done, maintain a prioritized backlog, sponsor high-impact solutions, and define owners and outcomes.
  • •Develop and scale playbooks, precedents, policies, practice guidance, and self-service toolkits for legal intake and standard workflows.
  • •Establish AI enablement strategy, learning/use-case portfolio priorities, approval process, and adoption/value realization across authorized pilots.
  • •Partner with Legal Systems, Data & Legal Solutions, and Operations & Technology on technical design, implementation, integrations, lifecycle management, and ongoing support; lead, coach, and develop direct report(s).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in legal operations, knowledge management, legal technology, process improvement, program management, AI enablement, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience owning a complex roadmap or portfolio and translating strategy into sequenced initiatives, operating plans, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing or scaling technology, knowledge, AI, workflow, or automation programs across a large, matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, legal-services organization, or comparable legal environment.
