Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SIOP deployment and business planning across the region at the IBP/divisional level, creating and deploying processes, databases, systems, reports, and reviews.
  • •Manage the demand planning team (By Network) and ensure demand planning processes are followed and standardized through ES-A.
  • •Execute the monthly divisional SIOP process and prepare a single aligned financial and operational plan with documented assumptions approved in the Executive Review meeting.
  • •Ensure end-to-end supply and inventory planning for raw, semi-finished, and finished goods, balancing working capital and absorption.
  • •Lead the development and execution of the supply chain digitalization strategy for SIOP and materials processes/tools to embed SIOP in business culture and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years in SCM/SIOP, ERP systems, demand planning, supply planning, supplier collaboration, inventory optimization, analytics/BI, and/or control tower technologies in a manufacturing environment.
  • •1 year of experience as a Manager of people.
  • •Be able to travel up to 50% and live in Eastern or Central time zone USA states.
  • •Experience in areas such as SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or analytics/BI (as applicable to the role).
