Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales, or military service in an administration/contracting/civil affairs role.
•Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using appointments, Centers of Influence, and a disciplined sales process.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
•Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
