•Guide a focused portfolio of platform bets with clear hypotheses, success criteria, sequencing, and measurable adoption outcomes.
•Build and validate with customers to ensure ships are working software with design partners, and iterate based on real-world adoption.
•Co-develop with long-term owners to align on architecture, interfaces, security/governance, and handoff criteria.
•Maintain a high engineering bar by setting standards for design, code quality, testing, observability, and enterprise readiness.
•Grow and develop engineers through feedback, clear expectations, and durable team mechanisms.
