  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording asset use, wear, and conditions.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
