Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments, using air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Coordinate with team leaders and customers on installations and repairs, maintain safety standards, and ensure equipment accountability while supporting new setups and retrofits.

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording asset use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/formal training preferred).

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
