Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter expertise in the development of engineering requirements and communicate their impact across the function and wider business.
  • •Develop tasks, qualification plans, and strategies that support requirements development and management activities.
  • •Carry out requirements activities from planning through delivery and recommend implementation of issue resolution.
  • •Ensure design proving evidence is comprehensive, captured in the correct tools and documentation, and endorsed by the appropriate authority.
  • •Work with engineering teams to improve domain knowledge, ensure stakeholder engagement and agreement, and baseline requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Requirements management experience to develop, configure, maintain, and baseline programme requirements using a database.
  • •Change and Configuration Management experience applying change/configuration systems, processes, and controls.
  • •Stakeholder management skills working with IPTs and integration teams to ensure requirements and solution compliance.
  • •Engineering governance and assurance experience supporting Life Cycle management, design reviews, governance, assurance, and maturity.
  • •BEng (Hons) / MEng (or equivalent) in a relevant STEM degree, or willing to work towards it.
