Job Summary

Own and advance the Workday platform end to end, serving as the Workday subject matter expert across HR, IT, and Finance. Lead deep configuration, testing, deployment, and release health for multiple Workday modules, while optimizing security models, calculated fields, and reporting. •Serve as the Workday subject matter expert across HR, IT, and Finance; own the platform roadmap and module adoption strategy aligned to Workday release cycles.
•Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across Workday modules including business processes, security models, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
•Conduct regression testing for each Workday release, perform audits, and drive performance tuning and configuration health checks.
•Build and maintain Workday integrations and automate workflows using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs to connect adjacent systems.
•Evaluate and implement Workday AI and analytics capabilities, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications while managing vendor/partner relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•6+ years of progressive HR technology experience with hands-on Workday configuration and optimization.
•Expertise across multiple Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, or Recruiting.
•Hands-on experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.
•Strong command of Workday security model, business process framework, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
