Job Summary

Support Huntsman’s Performance Products production site in Petfurdo as an onsite Electrical Engineer within the electrical and instrumentation team. Operate and maintain electrical power transmission, motor control, instrumentation, and process control systems, troubleshoot faults, and resolve daily operational issues. Maintain and update electrical/instrumentation documentation, assist project teams with design and technical specifications, participate in technical inspections, and support procurement by evaluating suppliers and contractors.

•Operate electrical power transmission, motor control, instrumentation, and process control systems
•Support the maintenance team with electrical and instrumentation technical expertise
•Troubleshoot faults and resolve daily operational issues
•Participate in improvement activities to increase reliability and reduce failures
•Manage and update electrical and instrumentation documentation and support project/design and procurement activities

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical Engineering
•Professional experience in the chemical industry or hazardous/explosive technology environments
•Experience with electrical systems such as power networks, distribution, transformation, electric motors, and industrial control systems
•Knowledge of SAP (advantage) and/or EPLAN (advantage)
•Experience with PLC or DCS systems (advantage) plus strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
