Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to, coordinate, and assemble information for regular consultant database updates to support consultant and client relationships using eVestment, Omni Complete, and other third-party platforms.
  • •Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of responses for global database and content management processes.
  • •Assist in maintaining the RFP database (Qvidian) by engaging with SMEs, flagging outdated or expired content, and ensuring consistency across submissions and platforms.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to keep firm-level and product-level information accurate, current, and aligned across consultant databases and RFP responses.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree required, preferably in finance or economics.
  • •1-3 years of experience in financial services; asset management experience is preferred.
  • •Key experience with RFP and consultant database platforms, including eVestment, Omni Complete, and Qvidian (direct experience desirable).
  • •General knowledge of equity and fixed income investment concepts.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and quality-control skills with high attention to detail.
