Job Summary

Drive centralization of Netflix’s software spend by managing technology sourcing initiatives and vendor relationships across Studio and Enterprise teams. Lead complex software deal projects end-to-end, from stakeholder communication and procurement practices through negotiation and contracting data accuracy. Develop product knowledge for both Studio and Corporate stakeholders, deliver data-driven sourcing insights, and build cross-functional partnerships with Infosec, Finance, and Legal to optimize technology investment value.

•Drive sourcing thought leadership across internal and external customers in the Studio and Enterprise software space with data-driven insights and recommendations.
•Partner with multiple teams and communicate effectively to secure best terms for Netflix.
•Lead project management for complex software deal projects, directing procurement practices and managing negotiation timelines.
•Execute the future-state vision for tech sourcing and contribute to product and service roadmaps.
•Solicit proposals, conduct deal negotiations, and maintain accurate contracting data, vendor records, and transaction information.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of experience in technology sourcing and procurement (preferably in a multinational context).
•Excellent vendor management skills and world-class negotiating ability to challenge the status quo.

•Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
•BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field (Media and Entertainment experience preferred).
