Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the site’s digital transformation roadmap and drive adoption of technologies supporting Industry 4.0 and continuous improvement.
  • •Deliver and optimize digital manufacturing solutions including MES, Industrial IoT, analytics, automation, and connected worker technologies.
  • •Enable secure OT/IT integration, ensuring reliable data connectivity, system performance, cybersecurity, and alignment with global standards.
  • •Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply, IT, and digital teams to identify opportunities and deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.
  • •Ensure digital solutions meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering, and industrial automation.
  • •Knowledge of OT/IT integration architectures and industrial communication protocols including OPC UA, MQTT, and Modbus.
  • •Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • •Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies including predictive maintenance, machine learning applications, digital twins, and smart factory solutions.
  • •Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
