Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation, alignment, and coordination of strategic enablement and learning topics for deal support colleagues.
  • •Create and maintain executive presentations, research materials, and documents; take notes and draft memos, reports, and typed documents.
  • •Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
  • •Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms and meeting rooms, and update company calendars.
  • •Participate in global enablement initiatives, attend networking and company functions, and shadow multiple office positions while training on tasks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a student at a university or a university of applied sciences in Economics, Business, or management.
  • •Excellent computer skills, including tools for executive presentations, Excel, and working with Microsoft applications and AI tools.
  • •Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
  • •Team player with strong organizing skills and the ability to work creatively in an agile environment.
  • •Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion, with at least 1–2 days from the office required.
