Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end program execution for the Silicon One ASIC software ecosystem, including integration with network operating systems.
  • •Serve as a key interface for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for next-generation Silicon One devices.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment across globally distributed engineering teams.
  • •Own program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and executive communications.
  • •Partner on hardware/software co-development and liaise with internal business units and customers to collect requirements and manage prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10+ years of combined experience across Engineering Program Management, engineering team management, and/or hands-on engineering roles in high-tech electronics.
  • •Experience with systems software development, including software lifecycle and delivery models.
  • •Experience leading hardware/software programs for ASIC-based products in large-scale or cloud environments.
  • •Experience influencing technical leaders and executive stakeholders.
