Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and load/unload agricultural inputs using appropriate machinery.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions; operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and recordkeeping, including inspecting equipment for leaks and maintaining pumps/valves/loading arms.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas, conduct grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and promptly report safety concerns and maintenance needs.
