Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and technical expertise for a solar installation crew of 3 to 6 members.
  • •Ensure the successful installation of residential solar projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
  • •Enforce safety practices and OSHA-related standards for photovoltaic installations with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
  • •Manage construction workflow, including materials/equipment readiness, documentation/photo requirements, and installer progress checks.
  • •Maintain customer communications during the construction phase and perform service calls when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent per local/state requirements).
  • •Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards, including maintaining an up-to-date NEC code book.
  • •CPR and First Aid certifications up to date and maintained.
  • •Experience with electrical work wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC, plus a valid Driver’s License.
