Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems/equipment at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using blueprints/engineering specifications, hand-tools, and cutting-edge software/technology.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •Typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified violations) in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification required.
