Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the development and delivery of the credit proposition within Private Banking, supporting management of credit products and solutions for target clients.
  • •Support Senior Credit Specialists in driving growth of the Private Banking credit business by providing credit expertise to Relationship Managers and clients.
  • •Prepare high-quality credit submissions for internal approval and support end-to-end loan execution, including documentation coordination and conditions precedent tracking.
  • •Conduct credit analysis and due diligence, including financial spreading, cashflow assessment, collateral evaluation, and sensitivity/scenario analysis.
  • •Support Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and watchlist management activities, including data gathering, action tracking, and remediation support.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •Experience in lending or other credit-related functions, ideally within Private Banking / Wealth Management.
  • •Sound knowledge of collateral lending and structured credit solutions for private clients.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, producing clear and concise credit write-ups.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
