Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for HelloFresh WMS applications (Infios Warehouse Advantage and DAI/Dematic Matflo) for assigned facilities.
  • •Serve as super user and level-one support for warehouse end users; troubleshoot technical/functional issues.
  • •Manage system configuration and end-user access (menu profiles and security) based on operations roles.
  • •Coordinate requirements definition, technical design, and QC/integration/UAT testing with vendors or consulting partners.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years supporting a warehouse management system (WMS) in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment (Infios/Warehouse Advantage); experience with DAI/Dematic WMS (Matflo) is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data gathering and custom reporting.
  • •Fluency in English to collaborate with local and global teams.
  • •Strong operational and technical aptitude to analyze and improve workflows.
