Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot plant equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper functioning
  • •Carry out maintenance activities including daily maintenance, repairs/replacements, and equipment/structure installation and removal
  • •Maintain working knowledge of electronic control systems and computers used in plant operations
  • •Perform clearances in LOTOV under the direction of a senior operator or supervisor
  • •Follow safety and environmental procedures for plant operations and maintenance, including Lockout Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, Confined Space, Hot Work, Electrical Safety, and PPE

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of related experience
  • •Complete Tier 1 job performance measures covering basic Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument and Controls
  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • •If applicable, hold the required level of state license recognized by the governing body (MA, OH)
  • •Must pass POSS/MASS exam; demonstrate basic computer skills and effective oral/communication skills
