Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary cost control or planning lead, overseeing monthly cost close, financial reporting, schedule management, and performance tracking.
  • •Monitor and manage project financials, including budgets, funding requirements, purchase order commitments, intercompany transactions, and actual expenditures.
  • •Ensure accurate and consistent cost coding practices across the project team in line with corporate accounting standards and project requirements.
  • •Conduct ad hoc cost analyses and build scenario-based financial and schedule models to support decision-making and risk assessment.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, procurement, vendors, and finance to determine monthly accruals, validate actuals, and manage invoices and reversals/follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project controls experience in construction, EPC/EPCM, energy, infrastructure, industrial, or large capital projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • •Basic Primavera P6 scheduling knowledge including critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule recovery planning.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including earned value management (EVM), budgeting/cost forecasting, and change management.
