Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily inbound or outbound operations to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment, packing, and shipping per quality and service standards.
  • •Lead and support process improvement initiatives to optimize outbound flow, reduce cycle times, minimize shipping errors, and improve on-time delivery.
  • •Coordinate outbound shipments with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Transportation teams, resolving exceptions and aligning to customer requirements.
  • •Track real-time operational metrics (e.g., pick accuracy, order fill rate, on-time ship, trailer utilization, dock-to-door cycle time) and drive countermeasures when performance drifts.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, perform outbound quality audits (scan accuracy, weight checks, load inspections), and train warehouse staff on picking, packing, and shipping best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in outbound or shipping operations within a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with transportation processes managed through a 4PL model.
