Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the preparation of the firm’s annual Investor Day presentation with COO, External Reporting, Legal, and Marketing, and communicate the strategy to investors.
•Lead the preparation of the firm’s quarterly earnings estimate and present results to senior management, handling follow-up questions and open items.
•Review and analyze external consensus models of quarterly earnings and serve as the primary contact for analysts.
•Review and analyze quarterly P&L forecasts and actuals, synthesizing a narrative on performance across segments (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management).
•Collaborate with External Reporting to ensure timely and accurate press releases announcing quarterly results, and develop weekly agendas with Controller and CFO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, financial reporting, or related finance experience in financial services, preferably at an investment bank.
