Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the preparation of the firm’s annual Investor Day presentation with COO, External Reporting, Legal, and Marketing, and communicate the strategy to investors.
  • •Lead the preparation of the firm’s quarterly earnings estimate and present results to senior management, handling follow-up questions and open items.
  • •Review and analyze external consensus models of quarterly earnings and serve as the primary contact for analysts.
  • •Review and analyze quarterly P&L forecasts and actuals, synthesizing a narrative on performance across segments (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management).
  • •Collaborate with External Reporting to ensure timely and accurate press releases announcing quarterly results, and develop weekly agendas with Controller and CFO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

  • •6-8 years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, financial reporting, or related finance experience in financial services, preferably at an investment bank.
