Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by driving product recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes per directives with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Lead daily operations by inspiring staff, providing coaching and guidance to associates, and supporting recruitment and development.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
